With over 20 years of experience in healthcare in provider, payer and vendors (pharma, medical diagnostics and med tech), he has demonstrated the ability to grasp complexity, distill inner truths and motivate teams across matrix organizations to deliver profitable growth at a subsidiary, regional and global level. With broad interests, Adam brings lateral thinking and ideas from other areas into his work to inform innovative solutions.
Adam has deep experience of marketing and program management at a global level within start-up, medium and large multinational companies (Roche, bioMérieux, Inflammatix, Elekta and Eli Lilly). He has demonstrated success in upstream and downstream product management and marketing roles and product launches at a country, regional and global level.
